Each of our auctions has stated pick-up times. They are within a few days of the auction & vary per auction. Please visit the auction page or call us for pick-up times at 1.800.910.1211 (Mon to Fri 9am to 4pm).
Once you have paid in full we will schedule you an appointment. If you are unable to attend the pick-up, please let us know who will & we will note it on your invoice. We will have a paid invoice ready for you or your representative to take along with your product.
Our 3 permanent locations - South Langley, Surrey & Langley each have forklifts with certified forklift drivers to assist in loading. We have dollies & carts for your use. When we do an Onsite (at the location of the business that is liquidating,) we may not have a forklift & usually do not have moving equipment like dollies or carts. Please read through the details for each onsite auction or call us at 1-800-910-1211 (Mon to Fri 9am to 4pm).
Our staff do not assist you in physical labour for loading - please bring help if you need it and any boxes, etc. We do not supply tools, ladders, etc. for removal. Going to preview is very helpful in knowing what tools, help & type of vehicle you will need for pick up.
