How to sign up to bid online

 

-To the right-hand side there will be a Grey “Sign up for Online Bidding” Button, click this

-Under the username and password section there is a “Create New Account” button (if using the sign in with facebook or google please ensure that the name entered is your legal name)

-You will need to verify your email before signing into the auction, click the link emailed to you.

-Again click the “Sign up for Online Bidding”

-Sign into your account

-You will now enter your Address, Credit Card #, Preferred Payment Method, etc. Make sure:

• Your First and Last name are entered as your legal name

• The credit card being used belongs to you (we cannot approve an account with another card even if you have permission to use it)

• Your billing and shipping address match 

• The “Company Name” and “Tax Number” sections are optional if you are bidding as an individual you can ignore them

-Your credit card will be charged $1 and refunded to ensure the information entered matches credit card holder.

-Your first time signing up you will receive and email telling you that your account is pending. 

• -We approve bidders during office hours (9am-5pm) If all the information matches you will be approved during these hours and receive an email stating so.

• -Watch your email after you have received the “pending” if any changes need to be made we will contact you by email. 

Once you have been approved once you will be preapproved for all future auctions, you will just have to reconfirm your information each sign in.
