Payment is due on auction day.  This is because our pick-up processes are quick.  We have limited time to empty onsite auctions & our permanent buildings are under pressure to accept the new product for the next auction.  We conduct approx. 15 auctions per month.  Once you complete payment we will schedule for you to pick-up by appointment.

Invoices Under $999 can be charged to the credit card on file with a phone verification. 

Invoices over $999 require payment by Wire, E-transfer(s) or Direct Deposit.

When you are done bidding for the day you can call in to request your invoice, pay & schedule a pick-up.  We take payment online for invoices under $999 by credit card on file.  This does require a phone conversation with the cardholder to ensure they agree to the amount being charged & can confirm their credit card information.  Payments for invoices over $999 must be paid with E-transfer, Direct Deposit, or Wire.   

Etransfers go to payment@ableauctions.ca no password is required. Most individuals have an e-transfer limit of $2500 or $3000/day & a cap of $9000/week.  You can verify with your bank what your limit is.  Due to these limits, bidders often use multiple accounts or people to send the funds.  We will provide your bidder number for each auction which can be used in the notes of your e-transfer to help us apply the amounts easily.  As well, the daily limit is either reset in 24 hours or overnight depending on which bank, so we encourage payment quickly for the first payment, to ensure you are paid in full & can make the stated pick up times.  Companies often have much larger daily & weekly e-transfer limits.

Direct Deposits must be cash only directly at the bank - no form of cheque, certified cheque or wire are accepted due to the high volume of fraud on these devices & the time it takes the banks to clear (ensure the funds are secure)  a cheque, certified cheque or bank draft is up to 14 days,  our pick up times are much shorter (2 to 4 days).  We require a text of a picture of your deposit slip to 604.881.2253
